Founded by filmmaker Ron Dias and producer Joanne Jansen, the company develops and produces original projects that spotlight underrepresented voices and global-pop cinema sensibilities — commercial, elevated, and culturally rooted.

The company’s breakout Bite of a Mango premiered at the American Black Film Festival and won the Audience Choice Award at ReelWorld before securing distribution via AMC Networks’ ALLBLK. Follow-up feature Morningside proved the model at scale — a grassroots, community-first release that sustained a 10-week theatrical run and became the highest-grossing homegrown release in its window.
